Ballpark Commons just isn’t possible without ROC Ventures. ROC Ventures manages a collection of brands in the sports, entertainment, and real estate sectors. These include the Milwaukee Wave, the Milwaukee Milkmen, The Rock Sports Complex, a collegiate baseball franchise located in Indiana, the entire Ballpark Commons development, and more. ROC stands for “Return on Community,” a goal which informs each and every endeavor undertaken by the organization.

Professional & Summer Collegiate Teams

ROC Ventures is proud to own and operate baseball and soccer teams at the professional and summer collegiate levels.

Professional Teams

Both professional teams are located in the Milwaukee market—the Milwaukee Wave indoor soccer team and the Milwaukee Milkmen, an American Association of Independent Professional Baseball team.

The Milwaukee Wave was founded in 1984, and have been the longest continuously operating professional soccer team in the United States. They are a member of the Major Arena Soccer League.

The Milwaukee Milkmen had their inaugural season in 2019.

Summer Collegiate Team

The Kokomo Jackrabbits are a college summer baseball team based in Kokomo, Indiana. They are a member of the summer collegiate Northwoods League.

Youth & High School Sports

ROC Ventures is proud to offer recreational, academy, and select programs to youth and high school age athletes through SCW Soccer Club, Milwaukee Wave Camps, Rock League Baseball, and Prospect Training Academy.
